Ms. Wei Zhang serves as Secretary to the Board and joint company secretary, supervising financing and investment related matters. Her educational background spans across biochemistry and foreign languages. Ms. Zhang boasts extensive experience in project management, marketing, equity transactions and corporate financing within various sectors of the biotechnology industry including novel drug development, medical devices, and gene technology.
Ms. Wei Zhang received her bachelor’s degrees in both chemical engineering and English language from Dalian University of Technology in China. In postgraduate study, she received the first master's degree in biology and biotechnology from Lille 1 University and the second master's degree in science, health and applications, with a focus on structure, proteomics, and functional genomics from Université Paris VII in France.
