Ms. Lu-Wong is responsible for advising our Group on issues relating to corporate governance, audit and providing independent opinion to the Board. Ms. Lu-Wong brings invaluable senior executive leadership and experiences in corporate financial strategy and governance. She is also qualified as a certified public accountant in the United States. She has been serving the independent non-executive director and chairwoman of the audit committee at WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. , a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 603259.SH) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 02359.HK) since May 2023 and June 2023, respectively. Ms. Lu-Wong obtained a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade and economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China in July 1990 and an MBA degree in accounting from Golden Gate University in the United States in April 1994.
