Dr. Zhou is responsible for advising our Group on issues relating to corporate governance, audit and providing independent opinion to the Board. Dr. Zhou obtained bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the pharmaceutical college of Beijing Medical University (currently known as Peking University Health Science Center in China in July 1990 and a Doctor of Science from the same university in June 1996. Dr. Zhou has been certified by Peking University as a professor since September 2008. Dr. Zhou was also recognized as “973 Chief Scientist”by Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC in 2010, and “Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor” by Ministry of Education of the PRC in 2013. He is also a vice chairman of the council of Beijing Pharmaceutical Society and a member of the professional committee on pharmaceutical chemistry of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.
